HR and Office Manager - Streamline Operations and Drive HR Excellence

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Office Manager to join our team. As the HR and Office Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing office administration, procedures, and human resources functions. Your expertise in HR management will be essential in ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point person for all HR matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollments, changes, and resolving any related issues.
  • Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and inform organizational strategies.
  • Streamline office operations and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services, supplies, and equipment.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to promote intra-office collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Ensure proper implementation and adherence to workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, including knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline office operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex HR situations.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000 per year
